1995 Skybox DC Villains: The Dark Judgment Mongul Trading Card #86

So yesterday, I posted a Dark Judgment trading card painted by Joe Devito featuring what is generally considered to be a Superman villain, but to whom the Manhunter from Mars can lay some claim.
