It could be funny if it tried to be offensive, but by playing it safe, it's still kind of offensive. I guess the hat brim is meant to evoke his brow, but if there are other cowboys in the group, wouldn't it need to be bigger to be comparatively pronounced? And there were low riders in olden times, fighting for the Alamo? I missed that class. Alliteration aside, what's so alien about using a Mexican in a western? Why of all the team is the Mexican the only one who resorts to guns? At least it was Superman who caught the handlebar mustache...

The cross straps which double as bullet straps (I used to know what those are called) are kind of clever, at least.
