It's funny how it's almost impossible for guys to draw super females with small breasts. I came up with a system, Power Girl is 34DD, Miss Matian is 32C and the rest are in between. Bruce Timm kinda did the same, with Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl as the extremes.
Good question. For that you need to hold your comic book upside down, it's almost the same way you tell the sex of a turtle. They are usually smaller than male superheroes and their clothes are smaller. They tend to expose part of their chest when they are in heat.
We should turn this into a post titled "Frank and Rafa explain" --strike that... "Professor Stupid and Captain Idiot, Ph. D., explain how to tell the sex of superheroes with regular or no boobs". We're going to need one of those Nat Geo sets with the bookshelves and the big globe. That and a pipe.

But-- but-- how can you tell it's a girl if its chest isn't bigger than its head?
