Another Google find-- a custom from the Figure Realm board. Here's the creator's comments:
Another member of the ever-growing Black Lantern Corps, Martian Manhunter. This one took quite awhile to get going. No matter what head I looked at I was never satisfied until I saw someone on here use a Savage Dragon head. So I used the same, sanding down the top of the head and substituting the bottom of his face with part of Taskmaster's jaw. Some additional sculpting and painting and his visage was complete.
The body came from one of the DCU Supermans (the blue one I believe) since in the comic he mentions how everyone forgets he is as strong as Superman, I thought it was an appropriate choice for a base. Switched the hands for the long claws of Lizard from the Spiderman classics line. Made an alternate hand for him from an extra Brood tentacle. Sculpted his chest emblem, wristbands, and other minor details followed by a complete paint job. Cape was made from a Black Panther cape with heavy modifications.
Now he's ready to give Green Lantern and Flash a whooping!
StEvOtoys actually has three pictures on display here, including the aforementioned shot of Black Lantern J'Onn J'Onzz strangling the Scarlet Speedster with a tentacle arm. Check it out! Also, I've got Black Lantern Ralph Didny up at the Justice League Detroit blog, which must be seen to be believed (two words-- translucent drool.)

If this was sitting in my room I wouldn't be able to sleep.
I wouldn't sweat J'Onn for a minute (I've got the DC Direct Despero figure above my head on the DVD shelf, for instance) but the Elongated Man is damned creepy. He's too tall and contorted to ignore.
I know! I left a comment over there at JLD. Somehow Ralph looks really, really demonic...
Yeah, that's pretty sweet. Ignoring the tiara and undead thing, this costume is way cooler than the OYL. Still prefer tried and true though.
Comment Moderation and visibility upon approval have been screwy all night, Liss. Sorry for the crossed wire.
M.C., this is definitely the better suit of the two recent revisions. Then again, it's also the truest to the original, so I might be biased.
I actually do like the Black Lantern suit, I gotta say. I never thought I'd hear myself saying that but I just did. I guess this refutes my last blog post...oops.
Oh! I found a custom Black Lantern Martian Manhunter Minimate! It's really sweet. I'll have to post it when I get home.
m.c., yes, if they do stick with this outfit, they need to lose the headband, a.k.a. tiara. That was all a reference to Black Hand anyway, I think. (Though of all the Black Lanterns, it looked the best on J'onn. It kinda made him look exotic.)
The only super-hero who needs his headband is Power Man. Its absence bugs me even more than when Wonder Woman goes without her tiara.
